The Logan Hospital expansion Project features:
- 18 additional adult emergency treatment spaces
- 14 additional paediatric emergency treatment spaces
- 8 new paediatric short stay beds
- A new dedicated paediatric emergency department waiting area
- 14 additional paediatric overnight beds
- 24 rehabilitation beds in a new sub-acute rehabilitation ward
- Gym
The existing emergency department will be remodelled into a new 23-hour ward with an elective surgery area including two procedure rooms.
Klenner Murphy Electrical successfully completed the Electrical, Security, Communications, Nurse Call, Audio Visual, Public Address and the Central Energy Plant.
